Right
to Travel,
See "Sovereign" below. God granted man dominion
or Sovereignty: SUPREME AUTHORITY over all the earth. God did not
say man's authority was limited
to getting permission from man's
own creation, government to do
anything. Why would man need government's
permission when God had already
given him permission to do anything
he pleased, as long as he did
not negligently or purposely cause
harm to another.
God
established an administrative
government in his spiritual realm
to carry out His wishes. Do you
think that, God would ever allow
Himself to be controlled by His
own spiritual administrative government
or have to asks its permission
to do something? The Right to
Travel (drive down the highway)
is a God given right.
The
following link
Right
to Travel, cites many
court cases supporting man's God
given right to travel on the public
streets and highways. It seems
our lower courts are much more
impressed by what other lawyers
dressed in black dresses sitting
the upper court have to say more
than what God says, so these cases
could be useful when forced to
deal with one of these minions
of judicial tyranny. |

Rules
of Civil Procedure,
Each state has adopted Rules of
Civil Procedure to govern civil
court trials and hearings. Most
states closely model their own
Rules of Civil Procedure after
the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
You can find most states Rules
of Civil Procedure on the internet.
It is best to use an official
state web site if available to
research these rules, as they
are often subject to frequent
changes by the states. |

Sovereign, or the "Sovereign Flesh and
Blood Person": God
created man and granted him dominion over all the earth. The
Bible, Genesis 1:26 - Then
God said, "Let Us make man
in Our image, according to Our
likeness; let them have "DOMINION"
over the fish of the sea, over
the birds of the air, and over
the cattle, "OVER ALL THE EARTH" and over every
creeping thing that creeps on
the earth."[emphases
added]
Merriam
Webster Online Dictionary defines "dominion" as; Supreme authority: SOVEREIGNTY and
the word "sovereign" as; One that exercises supreme
authority within a limited sphere. [emphases
added]
Sovereignty
itself is, of course, not subject
to law, for it is the author and
source of law; but in our system,
while sovereign powers are delegated
to the agencies of government,
sovereignty itself remains with
the people, by whom and for whom
all government exists and acts. U.S.
Supreme Court - Yick Wo
v. Hopkins : 118 U.S.
